Strengths on the bike:
I’d consider myself an all-arounder. If I had to pick, I’d say climbing and races where the weather gets really bad.

Favorite activities off the bike:
talking, acting silly, cooking, running, playing guitar, drinking lattes, writing songs, helping to motivate my friends to be healthier and more environmentally conscious

Nickname: well there’s the obvious one- Looney. La Sagn (like lasagna with no a), the beast (from my brother), Smiley, Sunshine to pick a few…

Favorite Food: I have a nasty sweet tooth so chocolate chip cookies are at the top of my list, microbrews like IPA, Porters, and Stouts (my fav. breweries are Avery, Mountain Sun, and Odells), garlicy tomato-y pastas, smooth dark chocolate, dead cow (steak!), my mom’s red chili enchiladas, my grandma’s cherry pie, salmon burgers

Music: electronic/techno for riding and driving like Paul Van Dyke type stuff, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Freddy Jones Band, Son Volt, Ben Harper, Tom Petty, Rob Zombie, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Tool, Bob Marley, Audioslave, Fuel, The Doors, Stevie Ray, Foo Fighters, Live, Jimi Hendrix, Offspring…I have a very eclectic taste in music!
