Beer Pancakes?

If you’re ever in Portland…Kennedy School hotel (or probably any of the McMenamins restaurants/hotels) – Terminator Stout Pancakes are arguably the greatest pancake or breakfast nourishment ever. But you’re right – should be a little sweeter beer.

my grandpa used to make pancakes with beer all the time. I remember they were pretty good. Of course I was younger and everything having to do with beer was good. Of course some things haven’t changed that much.

MMMM…Tommyknocker’s Maple Nut Brown Ale would do wonders as the mix in. Chase it down with some Oscar Blue’s Tenfidy and it would the bomb.
