Tut, tut, it looks like rain!
Blogger Post July 29th, 2009Well, it looked like rain this morning. I headed out to do my usual mellow mountain bike ride. I added a few hard efforts up a hill today, but that’s about it. The legs are still feeling a bit icky, but there’s nothing to do but hope they come around by Saturday!
Quick video. The sunflowers lining the trail contrasting with the green hills and dark sky was so cool!
The REI Klinik went really well last night with about 30 people showing up, mostly beginners. Jeff and I had a great time talking to everyone!! Here are a couple pics. We need to get more photos DURING the klinik. Be prepared, I may recruit someone next time to take photos in the audience!

I am taking it easy tomorrow, and heading up to Fort Collins after work. We are going to Laramie on friday to ride just a teeny bit of the course, and get ready to go! The Laramie Enduro is looking to be a really organized event with an awesome course. I can’t wait!

Good “klinik” at REI. You and Jeff provided some great info. If you are interested in further thoughts I would be happy to share them with you. Secondly, because it seems I have an abundance to share, is your sinus infection gone? Has it moved to your chest? A great chinese remedy for the chest goop is call “Clean Air” teapills and for good in the head “Bi Yan Pian” Both can be purchased at Whole Foods and are very effective before during and after when our bodies have an excessive amount of mucus. They dry the respective systems out! Might clean you out before the Enduro or be a great rememdy in the future.
