		<description>I bet the reason why you spend the first part of the race feeling icky are nerves, sounds like you put a lot of energy into getting a little too pumped up, expectations?, things like that...??? I did that at a race last year and I basically finished DFL because I had huge expectations and was shaking on the start line= dead legs and lungs.  Just a thought.  Maybe put a chill song or two on the warm up play list and become a yogi before the race.  Namaste!</description>
